We collect only what you enter yourself:
Contact form: name, email address and your message.
Free consultation form: name, email address, company or role (optional), what you want to change (training, hiring, knowledge transfer or not sure yet), what you would like to discuss, and your preferred days, times and time zone.
Free Guide form: name and email address, so the guide can be sent to you.
Website assistant (chat): the messages you write in the conversation and, if you choose to leave contact details, your name, email address, phone number and a short note. The assistant does not store IP addresses.
Assessment: your answers are processed in your browser to show the result. They are not sent to us or stored.
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare a free initial conversation, to send the Free Guide you asked for, and for further communication about the topic you contacted us about.
The legal basis is your consent and, where you ask us to arrange a conversation, steps taken at your request before any agreement. We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Web3Forms: delivery of contact, consultation and Free Guide form submissions by email.
EmailJS: sending the Free Guide email.
Zoho Mail: our email service.
Railway: server and database of the website assistant, where conversations are stored.
Anthropic: the language model that generates the assistant's replies; your messages are sent to it to produce an answer.
Resend: delivery of the enquiry email from the assistant.
Ahrefs: website analytics.
Some of these processors are located in, or store data in, the United States and other countries outside your own. Transfers rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or until it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
You can ask at any time for access to your data and a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

This website does not use advertising cookies. The hosting network may set a strictly necessary security cookie. The website assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so it does not disappear when you move to another page; it is cleared after 24 hours or when you clear your browser's site data.
